Kids Program

Welcome to our Iconic Kids Program! Childhood is an ideal window of opportunity to influence proper motor and movement skills. If children grow up associating working out with being something enjoyable and clearly seeing the benefits to their bodies and health, then they are more likely to keep fitness as a priority throughout their lives!

So what will your kids be doing in our Iconic Kids Program? Like its grownup counterpart, Functional Fitness for children and teens is a workout that combines aspects from gymnastics, weight lifting, body-weight training (such as squats and pull-ups), and endurance training (such as running, jumping and climbing ropes). Class activities can be adapted for the ages and skills of smaller participants.

Iconic Kids summer camp will begin on Monday June 11th and run through Friday June 15th. The Program will be 3 hours long from starting at 9am and pick up time being at 12pm. Things to bring water, snacks, comfortable clothes and athletic shoes.

Iconic Kids camp is designed with structure and purpose for kids who give there full attention and efforts to what is planned each day. We want the kids to get the most out of this 1 week program and have them take away values of hard work, and self confidence that they can use is school and sports.
